Our Services Include:
- Regular visits by registered nurses with expertise in home care following a hospital or rehabilitation stay. Our nurses can also provide home assessments and check your insurances to find out if your condition is covered. We work closely with your physician and make adjustments to your care plan as needed.
- Visits by home health aides to provide additional personal care, time, and attention. Caregivers are available any number of hours per day including live-in care.
- Complementary visits by our Care Coordinators who will consult in your home and supervise our home health aide staff. We can even provide you with an evening or weekend appointment. We have innovative solutions to your home care needs that tailor care to your schedule.
- We have endless resources for other types of supportive services in the home including transportation, major housecleaning, and repair services.
- An open line of communication with our Nurse and Care Coordinator 7 days a week, 24 Hours around the clock. We always answer the phone.
- Quick, no wait for start of service. Call us anytime. No waiting list.
- Specially trained home health aides who can provide care for patients with special needs and conditions. We also have staff that is trained to provide care for Hospice and Palliative care patients.
- We are Medicare, Medicaid and Blue Cross Certified.
- We accept All Major Credit Cards, Long Term Care Insurance and Private Insurance. We participate in local waiver programs and are contracted to provide services. We can provide you with assistance in applying for a Reverse Mortgage or Veterans Benefits.
- We will process any paperwork required by your insurance or benefit package.
- We coordinate medical equipment delivery to you for recovery or comfort management.
- We provide physical, occupational and speech therapies as indicated in the plan of care by your doctor. Our Medical Social Workers can help you find solutions for difficult situations.
